Glen Franklin Koontz is a trial lawyer with more than twenty-five (25) years of criminal and civil trial experience. He has conducted more than one hundred (100) jury and bench trials. Mr. Koontz also possesses extensive appellate practice experience, having represented clients in matters on appeal before state appellate courts, the federal circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Koontz’s criminal practice focuses on the representation of individuals, business enterprises, corporate board members, senior corporate officers and government officials. In addition to representing clients at trial, Mr. Koontz advises clients on compliance and prevention, as well as working diligently with clients in the investigative phase in order to prevent indictments, or to minimize the scope of government proceedings.
