I am just starting my first law practice, although I graduated over two decades ago. I have life experience with sales and marketing, raising children, volunteer advocating for healthcare access, and an early career introduction to practice in a medium sized law firm. My research on law practice start-up has provided a wealth of information, but I would really like some good, practical nuts and bolts from an experienced attorney practicing alone or with a small firm. My aspirations include helping other adults like me who have obligations to children and also to aging parents and to helping younger and older clients plan their estates, however modest, to maximize their enjoyment of life and attain their estate goals upon death. I value alliance building; hence, I welcome the opportunity to provide mediation services to clients in numerous circumstances.
