Attorney Profile: Ms. Marshall earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola University, a Juris Doctor from Tulane University and her Masters in Tax Law (LL.M) from the University of Denver. She is a licensed California and Virginia Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is admitted to the Nevada and Virginia State Bars and is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court. She has worked for over two years for a Beverly Hills, California law firm providing assistance in tax, real estate, corporate matters and estate planning. For over four years, she was a Senior Tax Consultant providing strategic tax planning for high net worth businesses nationwide (Revenue of $1 million to $55 million). She also worked as a Vice President Senior Wealth Planner for Wells Fargo’s, Private Bank division (clients with net investable assets of $5 million or more) and as an Estate Planning Attorney for a Las Vegas law firm.
